The living room offers an inviting atmosphere for shared moments and dining together, creating the perfect setting for connection and relaxation.
On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with bunk beds and an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and shower, as well as a guest bathroom.
On the first floor, the villa features a bedroom with four single beds en-suite with a bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with bunk beds and two single beds, plus a bathroom with a bathtub serving this floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring convenience in preparing your meals throughout your stay.
Outside, you will find a large private pool, a heated pool (additional cost), and a barbecue area that provides the ideal setting for enjoyable outdoor moments with family and friends.
Villa Saint Martin is located in Areias de São João, very close to the lively Albufeira Strip, restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and the region's beautiful beaches.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, flexibility may be available in the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before making a reservation to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, food hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance.
Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC warmer than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with booking one.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them.
Group deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.

We booked Villa Saint Martin for a friends’ trip, and it was perfect. Walking distance to all the bars and clubs, but with a private garden and pool to relax during the day. It’s rare to find such a big house so close to everything. Loved the mix of fun and comfort, we’ll be booking again next year for sure!

We had a great stay at the villa. The house is very spacious and perfect for groups. The pool and BBQ area were ideal for relaxing, and the location is excellent, close to restaurants, bars and the beach.

This was our first time staying so close to Praia da Oura, and it couldn’t have been better. The house is huge, clean, and well equipped. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the heated pool was worth the extra. The beach and restaurants are all nearby, which made our stay super convenient. Highly recommend for large families!
