The location is one of Marbella's best—just a minute or two walking distance to everything, yet situated in a quieter part of the promenade.
This outstanding apartment (185 sqm) is beautifully decorated. The apartment accommodates up to 6 adults and features sea views from all bedrooms as well as throughout the open-plan living room area and terrace.
There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom, plus a guest toilet.
The large, fully equipped integrated kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. High-speed fiber internet is available, and 2 of the bedrooms have dedicated workspaces.
Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds, while bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a king-size bed.
The room with two single beds can be converted into a king-size bed. All amenities are in excellent condition, including the bathrooms, furniture, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, Sonos system, and TV with streaming services. A parking space is available in the garage, though it is quite small and may not accommodate larger cars or minibuses.
Towels and bed linen are included.
Baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge.
The building has an elevator. No youth groups are allowed.

Fabulous apartment. Very clean and the views were exactly like the pictures. Apartment had all the items you need and was very comfortable. We will be definitely looking to stay here again on our next trip to Marbella.

We loved the location, you can walk anywhere. Even the downtown area is 10 minutes away. Views are perfect. You can hear the waves from most rooms. Nice decor
