Nice-Bungalow with 3 floors. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms each with its own air conditioning and full bathroom and the main bedroon with terrace overlooking the SEA VIEWS and GOLF. The ground floor, there is an American living room with terrace overlooking to the sea, . In the down floor, there is another big sitting room with two beds, and a complete bathroom and a double bedroom with big bed for two sleeping.
It has garden with barbacue and two bed sun and private parking.( inside the garden)
It is situated in a quited zone with exclusive shopping centers and restaurants placed 5 minutes walking.
The bungalow is situated 30 km. from the Airport of Gran Canaria.
Close MELONERAS BOULEVAR
Along the walk, you´ll pass the sand dunes and nude bathing area. Just arriving the light house, you´ll find the beach front restaurant El Senador, and a few metres after, the light house, you´ll enjoy Meloneras esplanade with several places to have a nice rest poker from the walk. It´s tempting to grab a taxi back home, which will cost you €7 aprox. (remember to bring a shirt with you).
The beach of Meloneras is 5-10 minutes walking and the famous beach of Maspalomas is 15-20 minutes walking.
The complex also is provide with 2 swimming-pool and two jacuzzi.
