Fabulous penthouse located a few meters from the Plaza de la Merced, with fabulous views of Malaga. The property has a separate bedroom with fitted wardrobe and window to the terrace, large living room with integrated kitchen, double sofa bed and single sofa bed and two large windows to the terrace. Bathroom with shower. It has access to a communal terrace through the property that practically nobody uses.
The property is south facing and very bright. It has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. Flooring of laminate flooring, double glazed aluminium windows, white lacquered doors.

The location is fantastic. Located in the middle of the city center at 2 minutes from restaurants and bars. The view from the terrace is fantastic during sunset. Miguel from the agency was very accommodating for check-in and checkout times where possible. Overall a great stay.

Very nice rooftop apartment with a great trerrase. Very well situated in the historical centre of the city, very close to restaurants and bars etc. Miguel was very communicative and helpfull. The apartment is quite smaller than it looks on the pictures, but for us it was ok and we enjoyed our stay in Malaga for 100%.

L’appartement est très bien situé pour visiter le centre-ville de Malaga, et la plage n’est pas très loin à pieds. L’appartement est propre et cosy. Idéal pour 2, un peu serré pour 4 mais la grande terrasse permet de ne pas se sentir à l’étroit. Merci Miguel pour l’accueil ! Très bon séjour.
