The holiday home (70 sqm) is spacious for 4 people with one bedroom and a loft with a double bed.
There are two shower rooms and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove, and microwave.
Utensils are provided.
The cozy living room with a fireplace includes a satellite TV and a CD player with radio.
An additional crib can be set up in the playroom.
In the basement rooms, there is a table tennis table, a washing machine, a dryer, and a freezer.
In front of the house is a flower meadow of approximately 1,000 sqm and a terrace with garden furniture and a playhouse. Our house is located in the heart of the Rhön.
The "Biosphere Reserve" designation was awarded to the Rhön by UNESCO because it is one of the original cultural landscapes on Earth.
There are only 300 biosphere reserves worldwide, so you will be vacationing in and in harmony with nature. Our holiday home is situated on the edge of the forest in the center of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, about a 15-minute walk to the health resort of Hilders.
Booking of the holiday apartments is only possible for tourist trips.
A deposit of 50% will be charged after booking; the remaining balance is payable in cash on site or in advance by bank transfer.
Cancellations made up to 10 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total amount (deposit amount). Arrival: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Departure: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM Key handover is with the landlord.
Please inform the host by phone in advance about your approximate arrival time.
Pets are not allowed. 1 baby crib and 1 extra bed are available free of charge upon request.
Heating will be charged according to consumption.
A tourist tax of €1.00 per adult person/night will be charged separately on site.
Bed linen can be brought along; otherwise, €10 per person per stay will be charged.
One parking space is available free of charge.
Final cleaning is included in the price, as are hand and dish towels.
