The Accommodation, Layout and Equipment


The flat in Playa de Gandía has 2 bedrooms.


The 55 m² apartment is tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with sea views from the terrace and the swimming pool.



The flats have been completely refurbished in keeping with our line, everything new from top to bottom to make your stay perfect.



On opening the door of the flat we find the living-dining room, an open and spacious area in which you will be very comfortable. We have placed a 2.80m sofa with a depth of 110cm in case a child wants to sleep (it is not a sofa bed). In front of the sofa, a 49" TV with international satellite channels (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Russian).

We have free wifi and air conditioning with heating throughout the flat.

We have put a round table ideal for eating 4 with different chairs with lamps in wicker / bamboo to give this Mediterranean style.


The kitchen follows the minimalist line, doors without handles and integrated appliances that make it so elegant. White tones and fine woods. It has toaster, electric juicer, Italian and American coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, wine glasses, kettle... everything you may need.



We find the 2 bedrooms separated by the bathroom, a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, with rain shower head. It has a hairdryer. All the elements have been taken care of and we have played a lot with the black colour which has given it this elegance.



The double room has a 150x190 bed and TV. The second bedroom has 190x90 beds



The terrace, next to the living room, is a very important space and we have furnished it with relaxing armchairs because that is why we have come here, to relax on our holidays in Gandia. We also have awnings on the terrace.



Leaving the flat you will reach the beach in no time, as well as if you walk in the direction of the port which is 350 metres away.

There is also a Carrefour Express in the area and also a Mercadona, although for fresh fish we will recommend where to buy it.
