"*** Holiday home Simone" Comfortably furnished holiday home for up to 7 people in the village of Buch in Tyrol near Zillertal and Achensee. (New in the programme) The house, built in 2006, with balcony, terrace and mountain view, is particularly suitable for families. Excursion destinations such as the Achensee or access to the Hochzillertal ski area can be reached in less than 20 minutes.

EG: Living/dining area with seating area/corner bench, table, terrace exit. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle) open to living room. Double bedroom, shower/WC. 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom with Franz bed, 1 double bedroom with double bed and balcony exit. Bathroom with bath, shower/double washbasin/WC.

The layout of the ground floor is as follows:
Living/dining room with cosy sitting/dining area with corner seat and 3 chairs, exit to the terrace. Satellite TV, internet access (WLAN, included). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle) open to living room. 1 shower/WC, 1st double bedroom with Franz bed. 2nd floor: 1 double room with French. Bed, 1 double room with balcony exit.

Partially covered terrace of approx. 25m², cosily furnished with lunch furniture, table and 4 chairs.

The village of Buch lies at approx. 540 metres above sea level at the foot of Kellerjoch, Kreuzjoch and Metzenjoch.
Buch in Tyrol with its approx. 2,400 inhabitants is one of the insider tips for beautiful hiking holidays, active holidays and family holidays - far away from stress and hectic.
