Borgo Antico is a charming villa located off the Amalfi Coast in a quiet village, Vettica, 2 kilometers from the center of Amalfi. Borgo Antico is a beautiful property that enjoys an excellent panoramic position offering splendid views of the surrounding coast from lush gardens with typically Mediterranean vegetation and well-equipped terraces perfect for special events. From here many of the local towns such as Ravello, Positano, Praiano and Sorrento are easily accessible by car or bus links, and ferry services are available to the islands of Capri and Ischia.
Borgo Antico is only 20 steps down from the main road and consists of 3 independent levels that comprise: -5 double bedrooms each with fridge-bar TV SAT, air conditioning terrace and bathroom en suite; -the en suite bathrooms are all equipped with hairdryer, heated towel rail and showers (two of them with hydro massage); -1 utility bathroom. -the villa can also accommodate further 2 people adding 2 single beds in 2 of the double bedrooms. -2 well equipped kitchens (fridge, ice maker, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine, “espresso” coffee maker, moka, dishwasher and mixer. -1 Lounge/dining room with fireplace and TV SAT. -Panoramic terraces and gardens with sun beds, barbecue and outdoor shower. -Each room has internet connection and satellite TV. Central heating available during the winter months,(heating costs paid on location as per meter reading). The village offers many transport services (bus and ferry) that connects the villa to: Ravello 6 km Positano 16 km Praiano 10 Km Sorrento 32 km Ischia and Capri (reachable by Ferry) The Villa owns many extended areas, perfect for celebrating special events.
Security Deposit: euros 600
Extra costs: euros 250 final cleaning, 3 hours of daily cleaning for 2 days per week, midweek towels change, gas consumption, electricity including air conditioning up to 200 kwh (further consumptions at euros 0,42 per kwh) and Internet wi-fi connection.
