L'emplacement de la résidence et la disponibilité de l'hôte, la vue sur la mer et la proximité de celle ci
pas que nous n'ayons pas apprécié mais certains équipements avaient bcp vieilli ou été un peu abîmés, cela ne nous a pas dérangé outre mesure mais pourrait en déranger certains
