Situated in the prestigious São Rafael area, close to beaches, restaurants, and bars, this property combines comfort and contemporary style.
The spacious open-plan living and dining area offers a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for convivial moments.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, providing comfort and privacy for guests.
On the first floor, there are two twin bedrooms and a double en-suite bedroom with a bathtub.
There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring extra convenience for everyone.
The fully equipped kitchen allows for practical and comfortable meal preparation.
On the lower level, a stylish games room offers entertainment with table tennis and a snooker table, perfect for fun moments during your stay.
Outside, a covered terrace with rattan furniture provides access to the heated pool (additional cost) and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining and leisure time.
Villa Laguna is just a short drive from Albufeira, including the marina, the Old Town, and the famous avenue with restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife.
Nearby golf courses make this property an excellent choice for a relaxing Algarve holiday.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered.
For your convenience, food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC warmer than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them.
Group security deposit: €175 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 8 guests.
From the 9th to the 11th guest, an additional charge will apply which includes an extra bed.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may be applied.

Myself and some close friends & family stayed for a long weekend here and it was absolutely incredible, the place is amazing!! And really is in such a good location. We loved the games room as it was nice and cool after a hot day with the air con!! We would love to come back one day, we all really had the best time and enjoyed the villa in beautiful Portugal. Thank you for having us Olivia.
