Situated in the prestigious São Rafael area, close to beaches, restaurants, and bars, this property combines comfort with contemporary style. The spacious open-plan living and dining area offers a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for social gatherings. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, providing comfort and privacy for guests. On the first floor, there are two twin bedrooms and one double en-suite bedroom with a bathtub.
There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring added convenience for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen allows for practical and comfortable meal preparation. On the lower floor, a stylish games room offers entertainment with a table tennis and a snooker table, perfect for fun moments during your stay. Outside, a covered terrace with rattan furniture provides access to the heated pool (additional cost) and a barbecue area, perfect for al fresco dining and leisure time. Villa Laguna is just a short drive from Albufeira, including the marina, Old Town, and the famous avenue with restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife.
Nearby golf courses make this property an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For your convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating turned on, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group deposit: €175 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that this property sleeps 8 guests. This villa is in a prime location. We were only a few minutes away from the marina and some excellent golf courses. The en-suite rooms are very comfortable and the whole property feels very contemporary and stylish. We will definitely be booking this villa again next year.

The villa is beautiful and very well-equipped. Having a bedroom on the ground floor was very convenient for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which we enjoyed eating outside by the BBQ. The location is very quiet but still close enough to the nightlife in Albufeira.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Laguna. The house is modern, very clean, and the open-plan living area was perfect for our large family. The kids spent most of their time in the games room playing pool and table tennis. Being so close to São Rafael beach was a huge plus!
