A bright, friendly and modernly furnished holiday apartment awaits you. Classified by the DTV Deutscher Tourismusverband e. V. with 4 stars ****. It is located in a quiet, central area of Lindau and is only a few minutes walk from the lake shore and the island. Shopping facilities, bakeries, doctors and pharmacies are in the immediate vicinity and only a few meters from the house there are Stops of the Lindau city bus. With over 60 sqm for two people, the comfortable apartment is generously proportioned and modernly furnished and leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled. It consists of entrance area, kitchen, combined living/dining area, bedroom, bathroom, guest toilet, balcony and cellar room. The bright fitted kitchen is equipped with microwave, stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher as well as various electrical appliances, such as coffee machine, kettle and toaster. In the comfortable living/dining area a flat screen TV with satellite connection, a Blu-ray player as well as a stereo system (with MP3 connection) provide for your entertainment. You will also find a separate workplace with telephone in the apartment. Besides the bathroom, the apartment also has an additional guest toilet. Furthermore, the apartment has a beautiful large balcony, which invites you to sunbathe as well as to relax. For your car you will find a separate, private parking space in the inner courtyard. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and is rented exclusively to non-smokers. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment. Your beds are freshly made upon arrival; additional blankets and pillows are of course available upon request. Towels and tea towels are provided. Bathrobes are available free of charge on request. You also have the possibility to use a lockable storage room for your sports equipment.

Check-in and check-out regulation
You can arrive from 15:00 to 18:00; on the day of departure, please vacate the flat by 10:00. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to confirm the handover of the keys.

Differing cancellation conditions
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest pays 90% of the total price in case of cancellation in the 60 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Detailed information about the tourist tax and the guest card can be found here.

Important payment information and other conditions
The guest will be charged a prepayment of up to 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.

Description of the accommodation
Die mit über 60 qm für zwei Personen großzügig bemessene, komfortable Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Sie besteht aus Eingangsbereich, Küche, kombinierten Wohn/Essbereich, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, Gäste-WC, Balkon und Kellerraum. Die helle Einbauküche ist mit Mikrowelle, Herd mit Ceranfeld und Backofen, Kühlschrank mit separaten Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine sowie verschiedenen Elektrogeräten, wie z.B. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster ausgestattet. Im gemütlichen Wohn-/Essbereich sorgen u.a. ein Flachbildschirm-TV mit Sat.-Anschluss, ein Blu-ray-Player sowie eine Stereoanlage (mit MP3-Anschluss) für Ihre Unterhaltung. Einen separaten Arbeitsplatz mit Telefon finden Sie in der Wohnung ebenfalls vor. Neben dem Badezimmer verfügt die Wohnung auch über ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC. Des Weiteren hat die Wohnung einen schönen großen Balkon, der sowohl zum Sonnenbaden als auch zum Entspannen einlädt. Für Ihren PKW finden Sie einen separaten, eigenen Stellplatz im Innenhof. Die Wohnung ist für Allergiker geeignet und wird ausschließlich an Nichtraucher vermietet. Haustiere sind in der Wohnung leider nicht gestattet.
