Brand new two bedroom apartment with swimming pool situated just 1 block from the beach and only 15 minutes from the historic city centre. Stylish and comfortable furniture. Sunny balcony. It is well comunicated with bus, underground, and taxi stops near by. Wonderful, stylish and convenient option for your vacation/business stay. Big living room (20 m2) furnished with design luxury furniture. New fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances. 1 Double bedroom. 1 Single bedroom. 1 Complete bathroom. Big comfortable sofa in the living room, this can be converted into a double bed . Private laundry room. Sunny balcony.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.05€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
