Villa Pau de Baix is a charming Ibicenco-style house located in the tranquil almond tree-filled valley of Santa Inés (Santa Agnès de Corona in Ibicenco), which lies to the north of San Antonio, away from the tourism of the larger towns. Known for its peaceful, secluded setting and stunning countryside views, the villa offers a serene retreat in nature with gardens, trees and lush Mediterranean surroundings.
The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. A cosy living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a traditional wood-burning oven complete the interior.
Bedroom 1: Double bed - Ground floor.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds - First floor.
Bedroom 3: Double bed - First floor.
Bedroom 4: Single bed - First floor.
Bathroom 1: Bathroom 1: Bathtub - Ground floor.
Bathroom 2: Shower - First floor.
Bathroom 3: Shower - First floor.
Bathroom 4: Shower - Barbecue area.
Outside there is a sunny, fenced swimming pool (ideal for families with children), sun loungers and a barbecue area.
Villa Pau de Baix is an 18-minute drive from San Antonio and 30 minutes from Ibiza Town. A 15-minute walk will take you to Santa Ines, where you will find some bars, restaurants and a small supermarket.
Hiring a car is essential, as the villa's rural location has no official postal address, which can sometimes make hiring taxis difficult.
