The 5-bedroom property (210 m²) occupies the upper floor of a 2-story villa and, while the owners occasionally stay on the lower floor, all outdoor space is for your exclusive use with the pool (12 x 2.5 m and 2.5 m deep, open from April 25 to November 8), a 200 m² furnished terrace with extraordinary views of the Bay of Naples, and a second sea-view dining terrace (70 m²) with a table for 12 and an awning providing partial shade. The highlight of the exteriors is the raised pool area and the outdoor kitchen which, with a BBQ, wood-fired oven, and food preparation area, is the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine while preparing dinner. Common indoor areas include a modern kitchen with an adjacent dining room and access to the 2nd terrace, and a living room with a double sofa bed, sofa, armchairs, TV, and access to a terrace.
