The Olive Shadow Villa has been named after its eighteen olive trees surrounding the house in a well crafted, Mediterranean style garden.
The villa has a large private outdoor pool which is often the main residence of our guests.
In the residential area of Split, the villa has been built over the course of years which is reflected in the outdoor fitness area with table tennis and workout machines, special grill area, as well as spacious indoor setting. The Olive Shadow Villa is rented on weekly or daily basis (min 3 days stay) . The Villa is fully air conditioned, fully refurbished with a high standard furniture and appliances.
There are two+ parking spaces available for various motor and non-motor vehicles available for your use. The Olive Shadow Villa is located in the City of the Diocletian Palace, a UNESCO protected world monument that was build in 3rd century anno domini.
Local beaches offer first and foremost swimming and boating in a pristine sea, beach volleyball, endless coffee drinking in a nearby beach bars, scooter driving and boat excursions.
Of course, all of this is accessible to our guests by foot.
The newly renovated Znjan beach is a recently added gem to the villa.
The City of Split is a lively Mediterranean City that offers numerous events during the summer time: Split Music Festivals, Split Summer Festivals, various artistic performances, plenty of bars and restaurants, and very good looking people strolling around the City.

We had a wonderful time in Croatia. The house was beautiful! Scenic views of the water and an incredible olive orchard in the backyard. The pool was perfect! And we were in walking distance to a great beach and lots of activities downtown.

The house is really two two bedroom apartments stacked. Quite private considering right in town. Very nice gardening. Owners accommodated our very late arrive with a smile on there face. Pool refreshing, warm once you are in maybe 21-22 but when we were there the temp outside was 30ish. AC works gre...

The villa is spacious and has all amenities you could want for a family vacation. Vera was a wonderful host. Some construction in the area was the only minor negative.
