Pretty independent vacation home in the hills of Marche, just 10 km from the beaches of Fano, 16 km from Pesaro and 30 km from Senigallia.
This is an ideal destination for families or groups of friends who want to spend a vacation full of relaxation and fun, accompanied by their inseparable four-legged friend.
The outdoor area of about 3000 m² offers a magnificent view of the green hills.
The garden has several well-maintained and equipped areas and a relaxation corner with a jacuzzi with sun loungers and umbrellas is ideal for your relaxation on hot summer days.
For those who want to keep fit, there is a gazebo with fitness equipment and for your children there is a fun and colorful play area.
Two mountain bikes are available for use.
For art and culture lovers there is the city of Fano with its ancient monuments dating back to Roman times, the characteristic city of Urbino, home to one of the oldest universities, also known for its splendid monuments such as the majestic Palazzo Ducale, the Monastery of Santa Chiara and the Church of San Domenico.
The towns of Fano (10 km), Pesaro (16 km) or Cattolica (35 km), with their stores and restaurants open late in the summer, are very appreciated by tourists.
About 2 km away are the thermal baths of Carignano.

Wij hebben heerlijk genoten bij dit mooie Italiaanse verblijf boven op de berg, rust en een mooi uitzicht bij je ochtend koffie. In de avond gezellig buiten kunnen zitten bij zonsondergang.Alles is aanwezig. Een fijne afhandeling met eigenaresse. En een goeie begeleiding naar het huisje toe. Want het is wel eventjes zoeken.

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich und bei Fragen oder Problemen immer erreichbar. Im Haus war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist herrlich. Dort kann man einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen.

Heerlijk huis met een prachtig uitzicht. Lekker rustig en toch zo in de stad of aan het strand met de auto. Ook prima wifi ( dit was een must voor onze pubers ;) Zowel de streek als het huis zijn echte aanraders.
