Inside the first-floor apartment, guests will find a contemporary open-plan living space with high ceilings and French doors that slide open onto a sunny covered terrace.
Decorated in a palette of restful hues, the sitting area enjoys direct views across the lake, providing the perfect setting to cuddle up and enjoy a morning coffee, favourite book or movie night in.
This area incorporates the kitchen and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining table and and a flatscreen satellite TV.
The kitchen is fitted with a drip coffee machine, a gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge.
Outside, 16 steps lead down to the wonderful shared poolside and sunny terrace.

Argegno is within easy reach of the famous L’Isola Comacina and Locanda di Trilindana restaurant in Sala Comacina and the lakeside Lido, power boat rental service, tennis, and Sacro di Monte Ossuccio climb in Ossuccio.
A further 5-minute drive leads to the fashionable Lido di Lenno and the famous Villa Balbianello attraction.

Nous avons adoré notre semaine dans cet appartement. La vue est juste magnifique, l’appartement est neuf, bien équipé avec un garage privé . L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir les perles du lac de Côme. Nous avons apprécié la procédure d’arrivée très bien détaillée ainsi que les explications par vidéo et le kit de bienvenue! Bref nous recommandons cet appartement.

Küchenausstattung super.Schlüsselkasten und Schlüsselbund recht kompliziert. Ausblick von der Terrasse ein Traum. Wie an den meisten italienischen Seen kaum erkennbaren Strände, man muss schon ein Boot mieten wenn man Badespass haben will. Wohnung recht hellhörig.
