Baker Lodging Cabin #1 - A Perfect New Contemporary Family Retreat With a Hot Tub! This contemporary 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 1 3/4-bath home is the perfect retreat for your family vacation! The first floor features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a spacious living area with a gas fireplace and a hide-a-bed, a generous dining area, and a gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances and granite countertops.
There are two bedrooms (one of which includes a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer).
Each bedroom features 1-queen size bed, as well as monitors with wireless for streaming Netflix (*on your account).
Separate doors allow access to the adjoining rear deck.
Sandwiched between the two lower bedrooms is 1-full bath.
The second floor features an open loft sleeping area with 1-queen size bed and an adjoining 3/4-bath.
An expansive window area combined with a Westerly exposure lets lots of sunlight into this bright and cheery home.
Just outside the rear deck is a gas grill and your own private hot tub, newly installed! Now with an EV Charger for Level 2 charging with Guests providing their own Nema 14-50 plug! This pet-friendly (2-Pets Max, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep 6 to 8-persons (Enforced Maximum Occupancy).
Have a larger group? This cabin pairs well with Cabin #75, located right next door! Hot Tub / Wi-Fi / Pets Ok / BBQ / No Smoking The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! Summer Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf.
Winter Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding.
Don't forget your camera the photography is unsurpassed year-round! Other Important Notes: **WIFI service is now available in our area and provided Free of Charge for Guest use.
Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control.
No refunds are provided if the Free WIFI Service fails to function correctly. **This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house.
In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement).
Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time.
Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions.
They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

We loved the open kitchen, cozy bedrooms, sparkling hot tub, and sunny living room in this house. The neighborhood was quiet and the location perfect for hiking or skiing. The management company was easy to reach and very helpful. Would definitely return!

The description says "new." It in fact needs a fair amount of upkeep, especially outdoors. I had to cut away 4 foot branches of a thorny bush in the way of the entrance. Clearly no one has maintained the property in a while. Additionally, the front porch furniture needs to be replaced. I was going t...

The cabin is quite spacious and nicely organized.
The kitchen has everything that’s needed. The upstairs bedroom could use a new mattress, the current one is quite soft. The downstairs bedrooms are i very good shape. Would definitely come back.
