This beautiful independent vacation home with large panoramic garden and sea view is located only 2.5 km from the beaches and 11 km from Fano, a popular summer destination on the Adriatic Sea.
The house is situated on a hill overlooking the coast and offers sea views from the entire garden, the veranda and the fully glazed gym where you can work out and enjoy the picturesque view.
The fully fenced garden with access through an electric gate has a large veranda with kitchen, barbecue and fireplace for outdoor meals.
Nearby, a beach volleyball court and various activity and relaxation corners are available.

Die Unterkunft war für unsere Zwecke sehr angenehm. Leider wurden wir nicht informiert darüber, dass es keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche gibt. Das sollte auf jeden Fall irgendwo stehen. Das Anwesen ist sehr sauber gehalten für einen Gruppen Urlaub oder Familienurlaub eine sehr gute Anlage

Geweldig huis met fantastisch zwembad en super uitzicht! Veel ruimte en groot domein in rustige omgeving. Geen airco… . Super vriendelijke eigenaar. Schoonmaak kon beter al is dit naar Italiaanse normen vrij normaal. Het overdekt terras is heel ruim maar aan vervanging toe (losse tegels, wankel rek en muffe kasten). Deze ‘negatieve’ punten wegen echter niet op tegen de vele voordelen!

Die ville sollte bald mal wieder renoviert werden, was aber bei Gruppenhäusern nicht ungewöhnlich ist. Die perfekte Lage, die Größe und der Pool mit Außenküche ware perfekt für uns.
