Our alpine hut is equipped for 6 persons: kitchen with a wood-stove for cooking and heating, cold water, 3 triple rooms, earth toilet (privy), hallway, balcony e storage room.
Candels and petrol lamps are for lighting available.Our alpine hut "Selmer" is part of the small and romantic alpine village "Oberstalleralm" with 16 huts and one chapel.
All the huts can only be rented in summer, from the End of April until October.
Our hut is furnished for 6 persons - kitchen with a wood-stove for cooking and heating, running cold water in the kitchen, 3 double rooms, earth closet, hallway and storage room.
For lightning you can use candels and petrol lamps.
Bedding and dishes are already prepared in the hut.
In our house there count the General Terms and Conditions for the hotel industry.
Until 1 month before the arrival day – 40 %
Until 1 week before the arrival day – 70 % and
In the last week before the arrival day – 90 % of the whole amount
Check-In: from 2 pm
Check-Out: until 10 am
If you arrive after 9 pm, please let us know in advance.
